Benjamin Franklin on What we Can Learn from the Game of Chess and the Manner in Which We Should Play

I just came across a great piece by Benjamin Franklin on “The Morals of Chess.” I’ve often thought that the game of chess had much to teach about life, but I’ve never stopped to think in detail about the various things it taught us. I’m glad Franklin did.
