Bible Reading Plans

The new year is a great time to renew your commitment to read through the whole Bible – for the first time, or for the fifty-first time. God’s word is living and active (Heb. 4:12), and it is what grows us in respect to salvation (I Peter 2:3). The reading plan by Robert Murray M’Cheyne is a classic (this link will give you several printable versions – pick the one that’s best for you). Here is another reading plan based on genres. Finally, if like me you find yourself falling behind on Bible reading plans and getting overwhelmed by the fact that you’re still in January and it’s March already, here is the sheet I use to mark what I have actually read.
